It was my aim to become a counsellor for many years but family life took precedence. However a significant event encouraged me to take up training to be in a position to be able to assist others in establishing their root cause to their problems.
I have been a service wife for 23 years with two adult children.
My working background has predominantly been with service personnel in a military and medical setting, NHS and Hospice care.
My focus will be to assist you in a flexible approach to counselling using many approaches to build a rapport and good working relationship beneficial to your needs and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and General Hypnotherapy Register working with their moral and ethical framework.
